  1. So we experienced 1am twice last night. Now how does that work if something has to be recorded? Say police reports for one. There is an incident at 1:30am... 45 minutes later there is another incident at 1:15am. How is that noted?

    Also, bars that close at 2 a.m. would close, then reopen, then close an hour later.
