I was having dinner at my Grandma's house with my Great Grandma and other family when on the television I noticed that an episode of Kings which I have not watched was playing. I was unaware that NBC had planned to air the remaining episodes on Saturdays during the summer. EP. 6 Brotherhood.
Wii Animal Crossing does indeed have an auction house. And the City has some of the DS town's amenities (hair stylist) and some of the weekly visit guys (fortune teller) in one arguably convenient place. It's also pretty much just a hub and some shops along with some more Animals wandering around. Really doesn't add much to the world other than a different bit of landscape to look at every now and then. In practical terms, I suppose it separates the online and the offline components definitively.
Animal Crossing: City Folk continues to get a "meh" on a scale of blank stare to load groan.
It also has the auction house, of course, but that's the only thing even remotely worth getting excited about. That said, it should be noted that what you will be bidding on is tiny 3D furniture for your tiny 3D hovel. And the camera is still locked to only a handful of positions all a mere few degrees away from each other, so you can't really even get a good look at the shit in your money pit.
I'm sure Kyle would agree w/ me.. if he wasn't busy running through my garden art, chopping down MY money tree, writing dirty letters about me to the neighbors, and surrounding a soccerball w/ pitfalls.
Does "with the power of the warriors three" mean that he teamed up with them, or that he entered in a specific combo and did a super move that included them?
OR did he fight after having eaten their brains and hearts?
Incidentally, not only are Attack of the Show's fake posters pretty stupid, but most of them are in Japanese in the sense that "me am do shower" is in English.
Secret Invasion had the Skrull Emprire creating armies of Super Skrulls.
With various power/costume collections. A lot of them were cannon fodder for action scenes, but also they sereved as an awesome breeding ground for in-jokes.
The Skrull who combined the powers of the various member of The Champions or The Defenders, etc. So.. new, nameless skrull.. who had bits of costume, most likely. Might have also sat on Bill.
Kyle understands it, and Adam had it close, but didn't have the context to realize that there is more than one Super-Skrull now.
Used to be just one Skrull, with the powers of the Fantastic Four. K'lrt the Super Skrull is now sorta outcast.. and the Skrull Empire has replicated that process in order to make an army of Skrulls w/ all sorts of combined marvel character power sets.

I think the DS version of Animal Crossing makes sense.
ReplyDelete- Online play / trading is a sensible addition to the game.
- Portability makes the sandbox "i'll play for 10 minutes" feel of the game far more functional.
That's all I have, really, but I think online play and portability is really all the original game needed to have added.
Need to find the full clip of that Glenn Beck thing.
