What Marvel did to the Guardians of the Galaxy is worse than what Michael Bay did to the Transformers.
That film was maybe the worst thing I have ever watched.

All the good things in Guardians of the Galaxy are in other things. Comics, cartoons, whatever.
This movie is an abomination of shit.
I'm okay with a subpar movie if that is what is required to lead up to an Infinity Glove/War saga. The Disneyfication of the film does madden me quite a bit, though. The needlessly injected humor for fear that audiences are too stupid to enjoy a serious sci fi film being the major frustration. I wouldn't compare it to the awfulness that is Transformers, though. That is my stance anyways.
