The PETA thing seems really rather petty. PETA seems kinda stupid in the whole thing. It would have been better had they just ignored the call, that was likely placed by some Palin fanatic.
J- On the topic of the difference between Tums and Pepto Bismol:
"So you've been studying Chemistry for more than 10 years to get to the point where you're getting this PhD. What's the most important thing you've learned?"
(absolutely no pause)
"Bismuth binds to sulphides."
"What?"
"In practical terms, this means that if you eat a lot of garlic, you take a half-shot of Pepto and you won't later get the incredibly smelly garlic farts."
I've been bored today, and looking through talent trees. I had a plan for a build, and am still going to stick to it mostly (my build base) but after looking at frost talents I'm torn and deciding.
Build A: My original build. My goal was to drain as much health as possible to keep up sustainable dps without taxing my healers.
Build B: Where I am now leaning. The biggest difference in my mind is that I lose bloodworms and a lot of magic damage mitigation to pick up a big dps boost in free obliterates and a frost damage boost.
I'm just looking for some opinions on the matter. Luckily I'm still finishing out the base talents of both of these builds and won't need to respec to move in either direction. Just looking for reassurance or a slap on the wrist.
I know nothing about DK builds. But, I do know where to find information.
This is the DK who always kicks my ass on damage meters. His spec might help. He switches between DPS and Tanking specs. So his spec on any given moment may be either tanking or DPS. I'm guessing that the Blood tree is for tanking. But I've no idea.
Here is the Elitist Jerk's Death Knight forum. It might help.
Also, I'm not sure if anyone knows what the optimal build for DKs is. The week WOTLK came out Frost was FTL. Then Frost becaome slightly popular. Then "every build is awesome" was the mentality when DKs started to get gear and own damage meters.
This is the first time I've read the DK talent trees. Yeah. No fucking idea what the hell they do.
Vigilance is the Warrior ability I was talking about before:
Focuses your protective gaze on a group of raid target, reducing their damage taken by 3% and transferring 10% of the threat they cause to you. In addition, each time they are hit by an attack, the cooldown on your Taunt ability is refreshed. Lasts 30 min. This effect can only be on one target at a time.
10% of a warlock's threat is a lot of threat.
And I get hit a lot by attacks. Because I pull threat. So the boss hits me; the tank gets his taunt back. It's a wonderful system.
Frost appears to be more for tanking than the others as far as I can tell. Blood seems to be best for dpsing. Unholy is good for magic damage mitigation as far as i can tell.
Yeah, it was pretty well known that each race in Starcraft II was going to get it's own game for the scenario. I'm still confused how it is going to work out, but meh.
Are these three separate games? How much will all of these games cost?
"The StarCraft II Trilogy will consist of the base StarCraft II game and two expansion sets. Pricing on these games hasn’t been determined at this early stage; however, we’ve always charged an appropriate price for the content the player receives, and we will continue to release high-quality games that offer great value."
So everyone has to buy Starcraft II. Then people may buy the Protos and Zerg Expansions if they so choose.
...
Which is kind of like saying that people don't have to buy WOTLK. They can just play Burning Crusade forever.
Dang, it must be confusing being a kid and going to a birthday party for a doll who is meant to represent a baby that died. How do you even know what to buy a doll like that?
Let's set up a clinic for reborns so that these mothers can take their dolls to get their inoculations and regular checkups. There's bound to be money in making the lie as convincing as possible.
And then after we get their money, we diagnose their baby with leukemia and say he only has three months to live. Then the process begins again, only this time with a doll meant to replace a doll that was meant to replace a baby that died.

"how clean coal is"
Trying to figure out if this concerns the cleanness of coal or the isness of "clean coal".
I'd quite enjoy the coal industry giving a metaphysical account for the existence of clean coal. I would appreciate an argument for its being.
i think that sums up exactly what the coal industry will be doing.
1.7 million cubic yards of wet coal ash somehow turned into 5.4 million cubic yards over night. But its OK. the toxic waste product they keep out of the water supply is not toxic. The air is still safe. there is no need to boil water. Nothing to see here, move along
for the warsaw people: the sam goodie is going out of business, everything is 50% off.
Go PETA!

Kirby is a Dorkie (Dachshund Yorkie mix) but he looks nothing like the Dorkies that one would commonly see.
thanks, liz was asking. she is in the market for a dog.
Petfinder is best ever when looking for a dog.
It's up to 1 billion now.
Nevermind the original article used cubic yards instead of gallons. What an odd measurement to use...

Also, for my own purposes. Intended Paladin build

i don't know what any of that means.
For the rest of us.
Starcraft II is 3 Products
Did we know this? It was apparently announced in October but now is the first i've heard of it.
we know what each race was getting its own single player campain that is as long Starcraft 1's.
i am bringing my mic and drums tomarrow, anything else?
I knew that each would have its own single player campaign. I did not know that each single player campaign was a seperate product.
Yeah, it was pretty well known that each race in Starcraft II was going to get it's own game for the scenario. I'm still confused how it is going to work out, but meh.
not 2 games as much as one game and two expentions.
Are these three separate games? How much will all of these games cost?

Sometimes babies die. i am not sure these women understand that.
