I enjoy is Track and Field. I like the simplicity of running from one point to another and monitoring the speed at which beings run. Saturday night Usain Bolt rahn 100 meters in 9.72 seconds. Which, for those of you who can divide, means that Bolt was traveling at 10.28806584 meters per second.
That is fucking awesome.

Kotaku's got an amazon link up for the newest, hottest gateway into the wise world of Philosophy....
Strangely.. reading the product description bot infuriates and intriuges me.
Because it doesn't really seem to deal with Zelda, as much as it does the idea of games... using Zelda as an example.
It's likely the epitome of waffling about nigh-meaningless topics, but.. at the same time.. it likely covers things we've argued about for years on end.

Anyone who's seen Japanese comics, cartoon videos or anime art is instantly struck by the common look of the girls - big eyes that, by making the rest of the face look small, add the cuteness and sex appeal prized by many Japanese men. Since no amount of cosmetic surgery will make actual human eyes larger, some girls are trying another way to up their cute quotient: extra-wide contact lenses!
This website has one thing going for it. The model is not your average female anime fangirl. It could be really awesome. Or just exacerbate the problem.
So I've been working on a new website for a few weeks, and I finally got the design and the basic content down. There are a few bugs, but I am going to have to find someone who is good with CCS to help me figure them out.
This afternoon i pulled the trigger and bought myself a domain name. The Website is www.nifftystuff.com. For right now it seems that the 'www' is necessary for the website to work. I think the DNS server / hosting just have not gotten synced up.
The reason for this post is two fold. First, the more incoming links the better, and this blog has good karama with google. second if anyone could spell check and that sort of thing. And anyone using IE, if there is any issues let me know. I have no way to check the design in IE and Jay found a bug last week, which has been fixed. so yeah - let me know.
ps: for what its worth, the website was design and hosted by SquareSpace It is a really great web-based tool, and it makes standard compliant CCS pages. I think if we will want to do a redesign of EoiaS this might be the way to go. It seems that one can hook blog posts into message-board threads
