So... my real issue is continuity. 1. She is not old enough to drive alone. 2. she is not old enough to be in a club with a DJ playin' her song. 3. You cannot move hips if you don't have them.

i think we can all agree that Miley Cyrus or the songs writers Lukasz Gottwald, Claude Kelly or Jessica Cornish are capable of subtext or connotation.

Hell, these are the same people who wrote I Kissed a Girl and Girlfriend.
