.... There's something about this story that..
.. I dunno... I'm exhausted by it. It happened, I was mortified, and .. you know.. utterly confused that there wasn't an immediate response out from either campaign before it went national...
... and then it, as ALL political fuckups do now adays, got worse, as the tool totally missed why everyone was up in arms, and dug himself a greater hole. ... except, nothing changed.
Political scandals are getting more blatantly absurd, without real consequences, and that is ... well, exhausting. Can't find a better word. I can't work up the frustration, because.. it doesn't DO anything.
And that realization? Makes me a little sick.
That is what YAD has been bitching about for the last 6 years and you are just now coming to that realization?
.... I've never felt it so much as now. My interest has waxed and waned, and thus, my tolerance or intolerance....
but.. this season as been just plain beyond the pale.
