Another student allegedly stated that reading the textbook is akin to reading the manual for his dvd player. Of course, those were not his exact words. His exact words were, “I don’t take kindly ta them thar squiggles on yer fancy parchments.”

He then pissed himself, and fell off his chair.

Transforming a 50 page paper into a 14 page paper is surprisingly difficult.

14 is to long for a confernce paper. 10 maybe. 8 is better.

One idea: Thesis, three points concultion.

everything else is for the Q&A or for the hallway.

Yeah, I was surprised that the upper limit was 14 pages. I thought these things normally operated by word count rather than page count.

Oh well. Paper ended up being 11 pages. I probably could have made it 8 pages had it been about horses.
