I tried to rent a copy of Avatar today so that I could watch the Rifftrax. The store had approximately 37 dvd cases for it on the shelf but NO ACTUAL COPIES IN STOCK. So, apparently Avatar is something people want to rent.

I am not posting this [chat] from my iPad

I am not posting this [chat] from my iPad. Rather, I am posting it from my laptop while I count the money I have as a result of having not bought an iPad.

But, you may ask, how are you typing this without a touch screen keyboard or 3G wireless internet connection! Simple, I reply. I am using the regular keyboard on my laptop, and the broadband internet I've had for a while now.

I now invite you to ponder the merit of paying $499 for a computer which requires another computer for its setup.
