I have my ticket, Andrew's ticket, Roscoe's ticket, Christina's ticket, and Julie's ticket.

Andrew and I will be driving up that afternoon. Christina may or may not be with us. Julie will meet us there and I presume that Roscoe will manage.

Emily Hinkel is not planning to come to the concert but she does want to hang out with us at whichever dennys or steak n sheik we are going to afterwards.

Brigid is aware and is therefore excited concerning the prospect, but since she cannot percieve the future she is still uncertain as to whether or not she will in fact attend.

_J_ said...

None of us Know whether or not we will attend. We merely plan and guess.

Roscoe said...

How much do I owe a Caleb?

In addition.. is better to know what plans are formed... such that I can plan around them...

_J_ said...

Hence the creation of the thread.

My place may or may not be available for sleeping etc. I know Tina has some sort of thing planned on the Saturday... but the time frame I am unsure of.

Kylebrown said...

Ok, now I have information anytime after 6 on Saturday, it is cool to show up here and crash, hang out if it is so decided.

Kylebrown said...

Why do I keep posting on different messages, I must be stupid :)

We have 3 couches, one of which is a futon, one is a loveseat.. an inflatable bed, and plenty of floor space.

One more thing, you must be comfortable around a slightly large, intimidating dog with lots of energy, and is still learning how to properly act around guests in the house.

_J_ said...

Who may or may not hump you at his own discretion.

I'm not sure what the northerners are doing for transportation. My understanding is that Mikey and Carey are driving down. I assume _J_ and Roscoe are going with them, but we're not sure yet.

_J_ said...

Also, this thread probably won't be stuck up as the top post between now and the Guster concert. It's just here now so we can square away the organization aspects of it.

Kylebrown said...

Actually, you have it dated for the 21st, so I think it will stay at the top until then.

Roscoe said...

neatness. and.. the after 6 thing.. means.. hmn.. if nothing happens before then, that weekend, i.e. Sunday, might.. MIGHT be a good time to do the comp thing.. or... might not still..

Kylebrown said...

whatever works for you... I'm just bumming around Indy otherwise.

Caleb said...

the tickets were $25 and ticketmaster dinged each ticket $8. So, $33.

Roscoe said...

keen.

_J_ said...

But if I change the date. If I make the date for this post not 7/21/07, it will then not be at the top, you see.

Unless I put the date to be some date in the future.

This post is basically a time traveler, is what I'm saying. Which probably does not bode well for anyone.

Roscoe said...

It's allready confusing the hell outta me.. I make a new post..and it's buried three deep! and I'm looking all "huh??" and.. well.. then I hyperventilate and black out

_J_ said...

The [chat] is dated for 7/14, since it is the [chat] for the week of 7/9. That way the [chat] will always be at the top.

The Guster thread is at the top so we can easily find it. Once everything is organize I'll change the date on it so that it will be properly buried.

Kylebrown said...

I'll properly bury you.

_J_ said...

Only if you have a Shark Tooth Shovel. And I don't think you have one.

_J_ said...

Moved the post down. I think it makes sense for the [chat] thread for the week to be at the top of the page. But this thread can be dug up by people who need to communicate information about the Guster.

Roscoe said...

I got the dating thing.. but I wasn't prepared for it in the morning when I first posted the Gen-Con thing. is all.

Roscoe said...

Behold! I am the Thread - Slayer! No useful communication may go beyond my words!

_J_ said...

Srsly, though. If anyone has any need of housing / directions or planning whatnot post it here. We all is has one week.

Caleb said...

If kylebrown has a kitty-cat, I cannot go there.

Kylebrown said...

no kitty cats, just an excitable puppy and a somewhat annoying homosexual...

_J_ said...

There is no "somewhat". There is just annoying.

And Demonology spec'd...for some reason.

Kylebrown said...

You're not allergic to homosexuals are you?

_J_ said...

Caleb might be. He did seem to have bad reactions to Twarty.

Roscoe said...

issue the First-

The main post edit is a thing of Legend.

Issue the second- is worth housing at Kyle's? or is no worth it?

Issue the second-point-five - If housing at the Kyle's, does that impact after concert eatery plans?

Last year after Guster at the same location we were able to eat and drive back without problem. So it seems like this year we ought to be able to eat and drive back as well.

I'm not against staying per say. But if we drive back Saturday night that means we are home for the entirety of Sunday, rather than having to wake up early on Sunday, drive back, and etc. If we consolidate the entire venture to Saturday then we have Sunday free.

Caleb said...

I'm probably ok with the homosexual. I only suffered minor paranoia and akwardness that day Big Gay Zach gave me his phone number.

I don't believe I ever had issuses with Twardy directly. I had issues with Twardy's issues. He's enjoyable to be around when he wants to be around.

Caleb said...

They can take my Saturday, but they can never take my freedom, per se.

_J_ said...

I'll be reading the last Harry Potter book after the concert, hopefully, and I can do that anywhere.

Again, hopefully. But my understanding was that the Warsaw group would head up after the concert and food.

_J_ said...

I'd also be happy if we arrived at about the same time we did last year so we can be firstish in and get closer seats. We'll have enough people that we can make a secure circle and stand closer to the stage.

I would enjoy being closer.

Roscoe said...

agreed on all accounts... I think that the question of staying is more up to Mikey, what with his assumed return to Bowling Green the next day.

For the rest of us Filthy Northernerns, we're really unlikely to be doing anything major that Sunday. just kicking around our respective places of sleep and entertainment.

_J_ said...

Are you kidding? I have to read Deathly Hallows on Sunday so that I can use the Internet on Monday.

Roscoe said...

you're reading at teh concerts!

and teh meals!

and Reading Aloud to teh Bowz!

_J_ said...

True, true.

Man, there was a link to some spoilers posted on PA. And I clicked it..and I wish I hadn't.

This is one of the few things that I don't want spoiled for me.

Caleb said...

So, for what times are the people planning their arrivals?

_J_ said...

That's a Mikey / Carey question for the Notherners.

_J_ said...

Northerners are planning to arrive before 5:30.
