Mythos is free, unlike WoW.
it is still in closed beta right now, but it will be out sometime this summer.

PBS is free, too. But it's free because it sucks. I do not think that $15 a month is an exorbitant fee which will impoverish players. And WoW itself is sold in a battle chest for like $25 or so. So the whole "money" argument can fuck right off.
Mythos looks like Diablo II with better graphics.
The problem is that "Diablo II with better graphics" is a phrase utilized by fuck-all every game of that genre to have been made after Diablo II. Hellgate London? Dungeon Siege? Neverwinter Nights (for its part)? And there are plenty of other games on consoles, portable systems, etc.
At this point I'm jaded enough to maintain the position that if Blizzard did not make it then it god damned well is not Diablo.
