hey everyone.
the congress is trying to get the REAL ID act though the back door again. This time it is attached the the immigration bill. Please email, fax or call your senator and ask them to support the Baucus-Tester and Grassley-Baucus amendments to the immigration bill.
you can go to unrealid.com for a form that will automatically send a fax to your senators.
Besides the fact that it will cost a lot of money, make identity easier, and require Americans to carry an internal passport to move around the country and get jobs, it will do nothing to make the US Safer.

When this was up for vote last time I talked to Thornton about it and he didn't seem to be worried.
It's basically a driver's liscense + Social Security Card + More.
Plus, my representative replied to my e-mail and said that he was going to vote in favor of it, which, I think, means that:
1) Our REPUBLIC is not a DEMOCRACY.
2) Republics do not work.
Additionally, I'm a white male age 21-40. I'm fine.

No, if Ted Stevens is right then tubes can be full. And the tubes ARE full, at least the tubes of that unreal id page.
Man, if only that page used a truck instead of tubes. Then it would be able to carry infinite amounts of information. Just like non-internet trucks.
