Iz be ISed

It is finished.

Link to "Collective Cognizance," etc., here.

Go read if you have a heart and soul. Or maybe just one of the two. Or even none at all. 'Tis the work of nearly the last full year AND it has the perk of being relevant. Sneer if you must, but read it.

Do you have a means by which you can turn this into a .pdf document?

If not I can turn it into a .pdf document for you.

Then maybe you will be my vawentine.

Why does it need to be a pdf?

_J_ said...

If it is a .pdf then people can read it but not change it.

Plus it just looks a bit pertier.

Is Beautiful.

Lady Enide said...

Yeah, they can change their copy of it but not the original... but thanks anyway, I guess.

I is was trying to help.

Plus a .pdf document can be displayed in a browser window while a .doc cannot.

Ahhhh. Now that was a good reason. And you were helpful, I just didn't realize how. :)

"And you were helpful, I just didn't realize how."

If I had $32,476 for every time I heard that...

On page 6:

"To use the word “army” isn’t stretching it: Wikipedia reports that “[a]s of
December 2007, blog search engine Technorati was tracking more than 112 million
blogs” (“Blog”)."

You cited Wikipedia.

You don't get to graduate.

Sigh. No mentions of Everyone Is A Sith or cocksdicksolol.

You seemed to spend a lot of time talking about weblogging's history and vaguely exploring the Form of the Blog, which does not exist, moreso than discrediting the whole notion of "blogosphere" with a realistic assessment of what blogs are: a means by which organizations who have hosting space to spare amass advertising funds through the acquisition of network traffic via the postings of unpaid malcontents.

The paper was still well-written, though.

It's interesting that you were able to find so many sources which discuss blogging, though, given how worthless the enterprise of zomg blogging fundamentally is.

most importantly pdf is free. MS word however is not.

Obviously open office exists for those who would like to read/write ms software without paying bill gates a ton of money, but adobe acrobat is so much more accessible.

J, you need to read those sources before you shoot your mouth off like that. :)

_J_ said...

But if I read the sources that would undermine my ability to shoot my mouth off.
